「Another stay at this wonderful hotel! Great location in the cultural quarter with really friendly staff, and lovely rooms with little luxuries like a complimentary re-stocked soft drinks mini bar and a turn down service. We stayed in the deluxe double attic room which is large and has a huge bathroom. The hotel is spotlessly clean and you get some lovely personal service. Highly recommended.」

「Very nice hotel , Carlos from the front desk is very helpful polite and speaks good English, my husband left his camera lens on a Cabify ride, Carlos helped us to deal with Cabify , at the end , we got our lens back. The housekeeping lady is very nice to , although she doesn't speak English but she tried her best to get our request done.」

「Cozy, comfortable, great location. We had the room with the private bathroom, it was clean and stocked with hand soap, body wash/shampoo. We checked in with Francisco and he was amazing. Very informative, super friendly, and more helpful than we expected. We only really interacted with him, not so much the other staff. The walking distance to most everything we wanted to visit was great for what we needed. I'm so glad this was available for our stay. The rooftop was a nice place to relax and...
