“The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived as they rushed to gather our belongings and took them straight to our rooms once we checked in. The rooms were better than we even imagined with plenty of space around the King bed and lots of furniture for us to organize our clothes for our stay. The bathroom was extra spacious. The grounds of the hotel itself was like a beautiful hacienda compound. All around were communal spaces perfect for large groups or couples to……

“The room was top notch well designed and decorated. It was also immaculately clean. No dust in visible areas, or even in out of sight nooks. I was also impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of all the hotel staff. The only issue I had was the lack of hot water pressure on the first night, but it was corrected after I brought up to the staff the next morning.”

“Great hosting, clean and spotless. This place is located in SLP downtown close to everything. Hotel has a contract with a local roof parking lot 3 min away from the place at no cost, multiple public parking spots near by at no cost 8pm to 8 am. Restaurant is 2 walking blocks away and they have few no cost options, “chilaquiles bandera” are awesome. They also have great $ deals on a menu, my daughters love the French toast. Different host/hostess were on watch, all of them very friendly. ”
