「I highly recommend this hotel in Valle de Guadalupe. Safe and great service. Room was ideal and comfortable. Continental breakfast was good and additionally ordered off the menu as well. The machaca burritos were delicious. We stayed at this hotel because we were in town for a wedding and I would love to return and stay at Limbo again to visit the wineries. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
