“Destino Calafate was a pleasant surprise for the decent, economical pricing they had! The hotel room was spacious, we as a family of 4 had plenty of room with 3 beds in the room. There are a lot of storage space and shelf’s which made it convinient to store all our luggage’s. We initially only planned to stay 2 nights , however due to the comfort and convenience of this hotel and staff being so courteous and welcoming , we decided extend ti 4 nights instead of staying in el chalten. “This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. It's a boutique hotel with five-star service. Rosa and Matías and the other staff are phenomenal. They made us feel like family. The breakfast buffet is a huge and delicious spread. There are cafes and restaurants close by, but the street is quiet. It's a few minutes walk from the beautiful Nimez nature reserve. Truly, we did not want to leave this gem of a hotel. Calafate is a wonderful base to explore this area of Patagonia. It was a trip of……

“The CEO of the hostel, Danny and his wife are extremely friendly, they make every effort to make your stay at home. They also provide private transportation to the airport and bus stations at very reasonable prices. We enjoyed our stay very much.”

“This place was clean, safe, comfortable and the owner, Sophia, was friendly, professional, and very responsive to any needs. It very close to town, only a 10 minutes walk. It's also close to lake Argentino, about 5 minutes. My wife and I, had a wonderful stay here.”

“Apartment style room had everything needed for our short stay in El Calafate. Restaurant on site if needed. Grocery or downtown area only about a 15min walk. Lunch boxes are available if needed for an excursion or you could buy them from the travel agencies. We enjoyed our stay”
