“Kibayo made me remember the times I use to stay in my grandparents country side in the Dominican Republic, Ramona was the best service and the young lady after Ramona I forgot her name . But Kibayo is a place to relax and if you want to experience the quitenes and nature and fun activities Kibayo is it. The owner tia I i believe was his name and macho were very nice too very heart warming.”

“The condo, the staff, cleanliness, beach area all excellent. There could be more kitchen supplies such as more pots and pans, cookie/pizza sheets, smaller bowls, etc. We also found the small propane stove top challenging for cooking as controlling the heat was difficult. More comfortable chairs such as relaxing lounge chairs on the patio would be beneficial. Overall a nice condo and with the above improvements it would be a 10 out of 10. ”

“The rooms were clean, there was a little mold in the shower, which a little spray of bleach would solve in a few minutes. But the whole place was comfortable, super clean. The staff always super friendly, the grounds were an amazing. The food was great, the location was perfect. We will be back next year , all ready planning. ”

“ Clean room. Requested early checkin and it was confirmed but the room wasn't ready. Not a big deal. We only had an hour to wait. Good food. Overall great experience. ”

“Stayed here many times , same employees . Only thing I can not get used to is no housekeeping and have to pay when you want clean towels ( 5 US dollars ). But everything is great , just overlook the loud traffic ”

“I don't recommend people to stay in that apartment, the manager is so disrespectful he's not professional he can tell the customer what he feels like, he was forcing me to pay for taxi that I didn't see at the airport he even threatened to call the police on me for sure I felt uncomfortable and unsafe as well ”

“I didn’t have hot water to shower which was a big bummer. I told it to the staff but all they could say was- yes it’s not easy. Which was disappointing. There is only hot water if you shower before 5pm. Also the doorman in the entrance of the property was super rude and made me feel really uncomfortable multiple times . I’m solo traveling and those kind of thing really ruins my feeling. He was Haitian and he talked to me rude and loud voice. Got upset every time I knocked on the door to enter.……

“Clean room great food great view and quiet most the time.”

“I have been to over 12 resorts in the Dominican Republic and this has been my least favorite. Limited restaurants and a mute point since when I arrived the few restaurants were all booked up. They did make a reservation for us prior to our arrival at the Mexican restaurant a bit late in the evening. The food at the buffet restaurant on our first night was not very good. Luckily the remainder of the days the food was much better. The juices were terrible, The theater where they have the shows is……

“I had to leave after the first night, the room was very dirty, unsanitary and even dangerous. Shower head full of mold, the floor was very dirty black, hot water was on and off, there was not light, walls very dirty, I couldn’t even shower that night, microwave was horrible filthy, bathroom didn’t have curtains and people from the beach were able to see me even though it was the third floor. the hallway and stairs outside the property didn’t have light at all which made it hazardous, I wanted to……
