"This is a very convenient place to stay for dining and the beach! Our room at the end of the building closest to the beach has an unbelievable view that we loved! The downside of the view is that the music from town can be very intrusive. Just bring earplugs and enjoy! The description of the hotel says they have a bar and breakfast. There is no bar and the breakfast is offsite. It’s only a block or so away so not too much of a hardship but you won’t be having breakfast in bed. We had to change our reservation by a day and while I had difficulty with Hotels.com, this property worked with us which was GREATLY appreciated! Really lovely and convenient place to stay!"

"Cannot say enough good things about this place. My husband, one year old, and I stayed here. The location is excellent, steps away from gorgeous Coco Beach and a sparkling swimming pool. Along the shore the facility has comfy Adirondack chairs and beach loungers right by the shore. Maybe we saw 10 people on the beach on the busiest day. The condo is gorgeous with all the appliances you’d need- microwave, oven, stove, fridge, washer/dryer, can opener, utensils, etc. There is air conditioning throughout the house. The community is gated and felt very safe with security personnel present on the grounds. The road there is under construction, at this time there is only a short stint of a well maintained dirt road- the rest is paved. We made it easily in our sedan. I do recommend stopping to get groceries in Rivas on the way down- the area is remote and private :) "

"Loved our stay here. We actually extended the stay we liked it so much. Clean, safe and excellent location. Industrial fans kept us very comfortable to sleep. The water pressure from the shower was amazing and strong. The location to Playa Remanso Beach is a 1 minute walk. To San Juan Del Sur it is barely a 10 minute ride on motorcycle. Playa Hermosa is not even a 10 minute ride on motorcycle. The staff and owner are very kind. We will definitely stay here again."
