“I had stayed at one of the properties before and liked it. This visits was very different in quality. The house was not very clean. We found chips on the floor and the refrigerator smelled like the catch of the day was stored in it. They sent someone to clean it out again once we complained but they had to send someone again the next morning because the smell would not go away. The pool was dirty but they sent someone to clean it the next morning. The anchoring for the glass on the porch ……

“Muy bonito el lugar, el servicio de lujo muy amables las personas. Sentí privacidad. Lo unico que deben invertir un poco más en las reparaciones con la baya que da para el mar esta toda cortada y que revisen la escalera de la piscina”

“Parking was very accessible and easy right in front of the property. Directly across from the beach. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially at breakfast. After a long wait, they finally checked me in but told me I couldn't leave the hotel and come back because they were short-staffed.
