These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units. "This was the worst and most frustrating experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, let alone at a St. Regis. I would have expected the highest quality service and food while I relaxed, but instead found myself with food poisoning, running around trying to serve myself, and leaving restaurants and bars early without eating or drinking after waiting hours for service. Even when I was finally able to place an order or receive service, 9 times out of 10 I was forgotten and never received what I ordered/asked for. This was an abysmal waste of my time and was the furthest thing from relaxation. I do NOT recommend."
