“We loved staying at Forest Camp! It was rugged and authentic with cute rooms and amazing views. There are some serious stairs but don't let that discourage you. The views are worth it. And what really makes it is Di and Rio. These two are such a valuable addition to the property and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are taken care of. We were able to book a boat tour morning of and had a great time. Di, we love you! ”

“I had an amazing stay here! The staff was awesome and my accommodations were perfect. The only thing I didn’t like was the convenience of getting to and from El Nido. The hotel provided free transportation but only to the main square.”

“Staff- good communication, courteous, always available and offered good values to island hoping packages and motorbike rental. Location- beach front. There is no front entrance to the main property which is a negative. You have to go through an alley to the side of the property leading to the beach and ti the back entrance of the apartment. However, you have to be back from downtown before 7 or 8 pm to avoid the high tide. Another draw back is no tricycle driver would like to take you back to……

“I love the staff in Isla Amara. They were there for us through and through during our 5 night stay that turned into 6 night due to storms. Kate, Rochelle, and other staff were superb. Thank you everyone for such great service.”

“I booked 7 standard triple rooms for two with two separate beds yet you gave only 6 rooms rooms with only one bed. I send an email to clear about it because my payment is too much for what was given for accommodation but no response. The website cover for the resort is deceiving showing the picture of the beach claiming its near the beach front but the real location is very far with narrow and muddy alley. The breakfast they serve is only bead and egg which when you are booking saying……

Badeværelset lugtede, var klamt, bruser var ubrugelig pga. vandtrykket var så lavt. Værelsesvæggene var også klamme og beskidte. Indgang til værelserne var jordede og ofte mudret, som man tager med ind på værelset. ”
