The area is super safe and a convenient distance from the El Paso International airport. My biggest constructive feedback is that our room had not been cleaned when we came back at the end of the day. We purposefully did not hang the "do not disturb" tags on the doors so that our beds would be made up, but our beds were not made and we didn't receive any more towels in the bathroom (nor were the dirty ones removed). This is the first time that this has happened in any hotel we've stayed in.

The bathroom was dirty. The wall had throw up and mucus. The shower had hair on ceiling and it was clogged.

Good value
The staff made sure I was in a feather-free room since I have severe allergies. We let them know we’d be checking in at 9:30 and things were great. We got into our room and it was clean and modern. The shower was nice. The breakfast didn’t have too many healthy options, but there were apples, turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, and oatmeal.

The hotel is nice, smells clean and fresh. Staff are friendly, yet not overly helpful when a maintenance issue arose in the middle of the night for us. Hard to blame staff for a material problem, but the under-reaction is the root of my frustration. Our bathroom door was defective and locked us out, discovered during a 4 a.m. bathroom trip. Called front desk, no maintenance and no option to switch rooms, “but you can use the lobby bathroom, maintenance won’t be in til 7 a.m.”. Maintenance didn’t show up, so a team from an adjacent hotel was called, and was able to solve the issue nearly 5 hours after occurrence and not with internal staff. Will NOT stay here again.

This is a very nice property. Our only issue was, our room was next to the elevators, and people were coming and going all night. We had an early flight the following morning, so we did not get any sleep. I like this hotel, but be sure to request a room away from the elevators. I’m not sure why they placed rooms right next to the elevators. But otherwise, a good hotel.

I do have a complaint. I was not told nor was I aware that there was as a $10.00 parking fee until I just reviewed my receipt: Needless to say this will be my last stay at your hotel.

Property is ok, convenient location but the overall area is a little suspect AND the property imposes a mandatory $10 parking fee for unsecured street level parking. No Gates, no garage, no security of any kind but a mandatory $20 parking fee. I will NOT stay here again, too many other options who do not charge for the same level of parking in a more secure feeling area.

My room had no hair dryer, hangers, spool for TP rolls. The powerstrip and lamp at the desk were unplugged and I had to crawlaround furniture to plug them in. The refrig was cold but still had the manufacturers manuals and other packing inside.

Staff was amazing. The area is hard to navigate around. Area around the property seems to be sketchy. You dont get the feeling of safety in the neighborhood.

We checked in on 8/12. It was quick and able to get the keys to our room, even if we arrived before check in time. Breakfast service ended a few minutes after our arrival, but there were still a few sausages and a couple of eggs available. In fact, we were the only family in the dining area. A gentleman who worked there saw us and offered to make fresh scrambled eggs. We have 3 young and hungry kids that morning, so we appreciated the gesture. In fact, they let us finish eating before they put away the remaining food and drinks. We didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but would like to make sure his act of kindness is acknowledged. The rest of the staff that we talked to were equally kind, helpful and friendly. The room we stayed at was clean, including the rest of the facilities. I highly recommend staying at this Fairfield location.
