The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff at check-in was very cordial and helpful. Checkout staff was on his cell phone did not ask any questions about the stay or talk to me in anyway, except to acknowledge the return of the room key.

Horrible check-in.
The rooms are beautiful but our tv needed an upgrade. My parents room had a nice one with vivid colors. Other than the horrible mix up upon checking in, all went well. I suggest the staff be more diligent when entering in customer names upon booking (my Dad was listed as "Maria") to avoid confusion. It took 1 hour to figure out the mistake after calling Hotels.com and expedia. Thank you Hotels.com for assistance.

There was no blackout curtains to close the windows at night and keep all the light from coming especially in a room next to the parking lights . i wasn't able to sleep from all the lighting . also. forgot my battery pack charger and it was never turned in either … disappointed … now it wasnt a cheap room either. was expensive
