El Pont de Vilumara Holidays

Just barely good enough. AC not cooling enough, difficult to get a taxi that will surely delay or ruin your appointments. Not enough night staff in this hotel that you need to go down to the reception if requesting for stuff at night. Till now, an still waiting for my hotel receipt not given on check out due to faulty printer, yet staff promised to email it, forever waiting….

I did not like them not being able to accommodate me at the same price, I paid for the first two days.

This was a fancy hotel with great service! The food options could have been better but i cant fault on anything else. I will still going back here! Staff were amazing and the service was just great!

We had a lovely time in Barcelona the Hola hotel was very convenient to many of the historical sites we wanted to visit.

The rooms were stunning, clean and full of complimentary things. The breakfast buffet Id highly recommend. The staff was always friendly, helpful, probably some of the best we have come across ever. We arrived at night and the area didnt appear to be safe to walk about, however during the day it was absolutely fine. Short 15 min walk to the port and aquarium. Travelling alone with 2 children at no time did we feel unsafe. The only thing that maybe could be looked at is the lack of children options on the resturaunt menu. We ended up ordering in due to not having any options for kids on the menu.
