"Amazing hotel very clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Great resturant and Saloon. Worth taking the Sante Fe Loop of route 66!"

"We truly enjoyed this property....so much character! We were upgraded to a bigger room without request. We loved the history of the place and convenience of being off a major freeway, downtown and by a train track but without the noise. Staff were kind but perhaps still learning. Breakfast was not served on Tuesday and Wednesday but hot coffee available in the lobby. The bar was closed when we arrived but looked cozy with plenty of seating. Would definitely stay there again."

"The rooms are really clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice from the moment we checked in. They even had evening soup which was tasty and really unexpected. We have stayed at many Super 8's and this one is the gold standard in all respects. The continental breakfast met our needs. Access to the interstate is easy. It is a bit out of town so it isn't very walkable but that is not a huge deal for most people."

"This is a great property if you like get a little bit out of the busy city life. Located on the Pecos river, it is a great place to unwind. The property is located safely inside a gated road that has a few other houses on it so it is very safe from the main road. Fishing in the river can be done with some good spots along the riverfront for access to some decent spots. Most of the hikes in Sante Fe National Forest are 10 min drive from the place. There are a handful of places to eat in Pecos, but it is a small town and those places are open all the time so please check with each place. There is only a Dollar General store in Pecos for grocery shopping so plan accordingly. There are some places within 30-45 min drive. The house has everything you need for a comfy stay."
