The pool area is spotless and offers incredible views of the lake and volcano, making it the perfect place to unwind. One of the highlights is the peaceful waterfall, which adds a calming atmosphere and makes it easy to relax and recharge. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable, and parking is easy and convenient. As for dining, the menu offers a decent variety of options. While dinner didn’t quite meet expectations, breakfast was absolutely amazing and definitely a highlight of the stay. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally attentive and always willing to help with anything I needed. The food was delicious, although breakfast options were somewhat limited. However, there are plenty of great places nearby where you can enjoy a tasty meal. The hotel was spotless and felt very safe. Best of all, it’s centrally located within walking distance of everything. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"The Breakfast was good they only have two types of breakfast when is included in the room it was good. The air conditioning was perfect specially with the heat it cool the room fast. The only thing there was no hot water and they should change the shower head not much water comes out."
