“We used the automated check in and they emailed me to code to the wrong room, so I walked in on a poor woman in her underwear. This is a serious security and privacy issue. I called and someone answered right away, so we only waited about ten minutes before they called back and gave me the code to a different, vacant room. Otherwise the stay was fine. “Spacious and elegant rooms with convenient location close to the gothic cathedral iright in front the cruise terminal and Centro Botin. Our room had nice views of the bay. It is a 35 minute walk to Playa Magdalena, so you might find better to rent a bike, to make it easier to move to the other beaches and around town. We drove into Santander and found the free on site parking very convenient. I parked myself and it was quite an experience since you access the parking space on a car lift. I……

“I spent 4 days in Santander and the hotel is really good. Nice location, clean and staffs are very nice and helpful. They helped me to arrange for early check in and helped us to book the restaurants. I am pretty sure I will book this hotel again.”

“Buena ubicación. Limpieza correcta, aunque la vitrocerámica estaba sin limpiar. La mampara de la ducha no cierra bien. Los dispensadores de gel y champú no funcionan. Los útiles de cocina justos, pero bien. Si buscas playa, es ideal, a dos minutos andando tienes la playa. A la puerta hay parada de bus para moverte por Santander.”
