"This is not a hotel it’s a shared apartment in the middle of an ugly neighborhood. When I got inside the toilet was so dirty the kitchens was full of trash and I was now stuck in a noisy apartment full of drunk college kids. Also, I paid $18 for a parking space and somebody was already parked there. "

"We came to visit my dad who lives in LA but decided to stay in Santa Monica to be near the beach. Natalie (the owner) is wonderful and the location can’t be beat. We travelled with our adult son and although it’s a pretty small place, it was a perfect little get away location that had enough room for all of us. We will be back!"

"I stayed here for three nights. The unit was as pictured—small but comfortable, clean enough, and the bed was good. It’s a simple setup with just a microwave (no range or oven), which was fine for a short stay; kind of like a very nice dorm room.A couple of issues made the experience less pleasant, though. The entrance to the Vrbo is through the backyard, which wasn’t an issue at first. However, after I’d already settled in, three large dogs began roaming the yard, often unsupervised. They...

"This place was just as described! Very clear instructions how to get in and we felt very secure and safe with a locked gate around entire property. Extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable and nice!!! It was a great experience alltogether. Plenty of street parking too. Highly recommend! "
