「Fui a celebrar mi cumpleaños y la cena fue un completo desastre. Aunque dijimos en más de 3 ocasiones que por favor me cantaran cumpleaños nunca fue posible. Adicional a eso me trajeron una carne quemada y nunca la repusieron (me quedé sin cenar) … la habitación la limpieza es muy mala, se cayó un frasco de vidrio y ni cuenta se dieron y tuve que llamar 2 veces para que asistieran a limpiar eso. Los empleados todos “son nuevos” y nadie sabe nada … al final duré 2 noches en el hotel y creo que sé...

「El servicio al cliente es horrible , la mayoría de los empleados te tratan como si no pagaste para estar ahí , las instalaciones no son la gran cosa. Las bebidas son todas BARATAS Y DE MALA CLASE. La comida no es buena. Sin duda no volvería」
