“Cabin was bigger than I thought! It was very clean and comfortable. WiFi was very good. Kitchen was spacious with newer appliances. The screened porch is probably the best room in the house!It was hot & stuffy when I got there as it was all closed up, but opening some window (esp the door to the screened porch) & turning on ceiling fans had it very comfortable within an hour, and it stayed that way the whole time. Only complaint is the beds are so hard, and for someone with some disabilities it……

“Second year staying at this property! Very clean with a great up north vibe. We had a group of 15. Mostly adults, two teenagers and three kids under 10. We loved hanging on the back patio and the bar area in the back porch! Made full use of brick pizza oven and made homemade pizza one night. Lake Nokomis has many great swimming spots but did take advantage of the boat house and pier’s for another spot to swim! Definitely would recomend!”

“We had a great stay with our extended family. There are 13 of us adults from Grandparents, parents, adult kids and one 3year old great granddaughter. The space was perfect! Each of us had a very comfy bed. The kitchen had everything we needed for all meals in the cabin. The deck had plenty of chairs for all of us and a great grill. The furniture in th living room was comfy but the TV wasn't really working which was fine with us as the weather was perfect and we played cornhole and pickleball on……

The game room was so fun we even had fun when the weather was bad and could not be on the lake. The lake was a perfect size for the teenagers to kayak on the lake independently. Would recommend! ”

“We had a wonderful week at the Pine Valley Retreat! The house had the things we needed (and the owners communicated with us what we would need to bring). It easily accommodated our group of 10. There was plenty to do both inside and outside. We enjoyed fishing and paddle board rides. The entertainment room in the basement was perfect and provided lots of fun when the mosquitos became a little too much;) it was easy to get into town.
