“Amazing hotel! They had music playing when we walked in and the indoor outdoor pool was so nice - my kids didnt want to get out. We didnt really like being in the basement area but the room was very modern and chic. Loved it all except the motion lights kept turning on while we were sleeping. ”

“Friendly staff, especially in the breakfast buffet. The buffet was one of the best Canadian hotel buffets I have had. I definitely recommend paying the extra fee for the buffet, although you may have to email confirmation of paying for the breakfast at check in when booking through a third party (a little bit of an inconvenience). I didn't even notice / hear the hockey team staying at the hotel. The restaurant/bar is separated from the rooms and helps with any noise.”

“The place is good, surrounded by several retirement houses, and located next to Western University. However, it takes a 5 minute walk uphill form the nearest bus station, and it is a bit difficult to locate. The facility is fine except the heating is not functioning, it was too dry and too hot, in which I have to leave the window open throughout the night for making myself a little more comfortable. ”

“Staff were extremely kind and upgraded us to the newly renovated rooms upon inquiry. They have plenty of amenities and are willing to provide extra. The breakfast was a simple yet nourishing one and extremely appreciated. The rooms are clean. There is a faint smell of smoke here and there and the ac was not working in our room but it wasnt that bad. Overall would come again! The staffs kindness made it much more enjoyable. ”
