「Location was perfect for us seeing a concert at Canada life place, we enjoyed Covent market and walked to a couple of wonderful restaurants nearby. 「The staffs were so friendly and super helpful, the rooms was so clean, the bed was comfy. We booked for 2 nights. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately, due to the fact that we smelled cigarette in our room. We are non-smokers, we suspected someone in another room smoked inside their room led to the smell of cigarette got transmitted through to our room. My wife was sensitive to smoke and started coughing since then, she couldn't get to sleep until she took inhaler and put a mask on.」
