Break at the lake
The house is really nice! We had a minor issue at check in but was resolved promptly by our host. Location was good with ample parking for toys (which we did not bring…this time).

Cozey, beautiful place!
This was a very nice house. You can tell that some of the area around T or C looks rough or beaten down, but this house was perfect!! It’s in a great area. It was very clean, spacious, and had great views in the morning! I would highly recommend this place. Has all the kitchen gadgets you would need, although we didn’t use any. Will be returning!

Beautiful home.
This is a very clean beautiful home. It has everything you need, but not cluttered. It is in a good location for us. There is a nice back yard for kids to play. We would stay here again.

Elephant Butte charmer!
We wanted to explore the Elephant Butte/Truth or Consequences area and this house was close to many activities and the lake. But, after arriving, decided to spend more time at the house, as it was such a relaxing vibe. Beautifully decorated, well-stocked and very comfortable! Chad was super responsive to any needs we may have had. We will be back!

End of Season Lake Trip
Great location, convenient drive to the dock. Very roomy for 8 of us. Plenty of space to park the boat and trucks. Great yard for kids to play in grass.

Awesome place to stay!
We went to Truth or Consequences for our mom's 80th birthday and found this home on VRBO. The house was perfect! There was plenty of room inside and out back for little ones to play but also really nice space for the adults to hang out and enjoy. The kitchen is beautiful and bedrooms were a nice size. We would definitely stay here again!

Great rental!
The house was a blessing. After hanging out in 105° temperature all day to come back to air conditioning and showers was perfect. The back patio is nice for cocktails in the evening!

I hate to leave!
The house was very nice. Coming back to a refrigerated A/C after being at the lake was a vacation inside a vacation! Plenty of space, stocked with everything and more made this a perfect place for all nine of us. I do hope it is available for us next year!

Very clean. Missing a few items that was probably just overlooked in the cleaning process but prompt response from Chad. Our last night there we had a little ant situation in the kitchen that was reported to Chad and hopefully has already been taken care of. Would stay again.

Wonderful Family Home!
We spent three nights here and it was an exceptional experience. We had 3 adults, a teenager, a 9 year old and a toddler. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen was well equipped and it was very very clean. The grill worked great, the back porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening suppers. The neighborhood is quiet. The backyard was great for the kids. The ice maker was awesome! The host is very communicative and the house rules were clear and reasonable. Even reminded me to disconnect my Netflix upon leaving!

We enjoyed Thanksgiving week at the property. It's nice open floor plan allowed those cooking to still be involved with everyone. It was an enjoyable space for our family.

Comfortable home in great location
This house was very comfortable and well stocked. We ate every meal in and had everything we needed while there. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The house is located in a neighborhood but with the location it felt very secluded. Like you had your own private resort. My only complaint with the property was the cleanliness. We checked in the same day someone checked out and I think the cleaners rushed the job. I did let the property owner know and he was going to make sure this didn't happen in the future. Overall I do recommend this property and will stay here again.

Fantastic Property
I will have to say that this property was the cleanest and most updated properties I have stayed at. The entire house was remodeled and we were very impressed and enjoyed our stay very much. Our host Chad was very responsive and was a great host. Look forward to staying at this property again!

Exceptional place
The property was wonderful. It had lots of up to date amenities like an InstantPot, wireless charger, air fryer, Disney channel, etc. It was beautiful and clean with a big back yard with nice furniture, grill and fire pit. In addition, it was quiet with gorgeous sunrises.
