Charming and Unique!
Great experience. The inside was clean and minimalistic. It balanced some vintage charm with modern comforts. We were able to have a nice family getaway without any issues. It's close to downtown Elgin for some nice small town comforts and minutes away from your chain restaurants, grocers and stores.

House is very clean, great communication with host, wifi is decent. House is on a main road, traffic sound may bother light sleeper, bothered my husband but not me. It was a quick trip for us, didn’t use the kitchen.
