Rooms were clean. Staff friendly. Only complaint that the hotel can’t fix is there was a lot of road noise from the traffic. And the room beside us decided to blare their TV at 2:30 am but did turn it off after I banged on the wall a couple of times! 🙄 It’s a quick 3/4 minute drive into Bardstown so nice and close!

The motelier was great. Stayed up waiting for my arrival. Woke up in the middle of the night to give me a new key. Thank you. The sheet on the bed was thin. Had to get my own blanket. The bathroom was in need of some age-related repairs. Otherwise, a great clean room. Nice look on the outside. Easily accessible, though a bit outside of town. Most reasonably priced properties are within an hour's drive of Churchill Downs on Derby weekend. That was an asset!

I got a phone call at 11pm telling me I needed to get to the hotel to check in. I was at the bar and hadn't checked in but apparently the indian man who lives Im guessing on premise wanted to go to bed and was tired of waiting on what looked like I was his only check in. Only one other car in the parking lot

Great little hotel we stayed one night at while passing through Bourbon Country. As advertised, it is a no frills hotel and some of the furnishings were dated, but the room was ample, VERY clean and well located close to Bardstown. We would definitely stay here again.
