" We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is lovely, spacious, and clean. The property is quite big and provides an excellent space to walk or room for younger children to play. Several family members enjoyed a walk about after our drive on Saturday. The house was perfect for our group, and the living room was our gathering place for Saturday evening as well as Sunday morning. We cooked our evening meal and our morning breakfast in the kitchen. "They had scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, multiple cold cereals, mini muffins, donuts, juices, coffee, milk, bagels, yogurt, fruits. I personally like the scrambled eggs! The rooms are nice! Friendly staff and very helpful! The only thing I didn't like was the shower water was luke warm. If you went first or last it still was cold. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said it was worked on and should be working now! It was not working and it was cold last night and this morning! I really liked the area!"

"Great location with a beautiful view of the lighthouse and Lake Michigan. Within walking distance of some fun restaurants and other locations. Our room was spotlessly clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hot tub was not in operation during any of our stay."

"Overpriced and you can’t get any service. The front desk staff are not trained to do much. “I don’t know” was all I got. How are you tasked to work the front desk, where customers are expecting to be helped and you have to ask your manager about every question? I asked to change my form of payment and was told “ I don’t know how to do that”. I asked about late check out and was told “I have to ask my manager”. Very standard questions, no answers. I was an idiot for having chose this hotel. Don’t be like me, stay somewhere else."

"Don’t let their online photos fool you. That super cute place doesn’t exist. Not by the water. Cooked to order breakfast. Premade warmed (slightly) omelet. Grey orange juice. Staff seemed to be high and smoking marijuana just outside the door. Good bones but not well run."
