“Pool was very nice and had deep end for adults. Hot tub was good only thing is that when I was there it was closed for 2 out of the 3 days I stayed for cleaning. Breakfast was nice they have better stuff on the weekends such as a waffle maker and biscuits. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was clean and well maintained. Only 2 things I had issues with was the hot tub taking so long to get cleaned and it was very hot on the 3rd level of the hotel. Other than that my stay was amazing……

“Everything was wonderful. Very clean, nice rooms, friendly staff.
Only bad thing was breakfast on Saturday started at 7am. We had a tournament for volleyball in whitewater we had to be at the tournament so could not get breakfast. Wish breakfast started at 6:30. Otherwise no biggy ”

“This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. ”

“thin walls allowed us to hear our neighbors early in the morning. It was as if we were in the same room. Steam room was broken. The original room we had booked was a short drive away from the pool/ fitness area so we were given a room in the lodge. That was nice but didnt receive a refund for the difference in rate.”
