「There is definitely a communication barrier with housekeeping . On Saturday when we returned from town, our room had not been cleaned yet. The gentleman who was helping clean rooms, asked us if we wanted it cleaned. My husband told him, yes and that we needed clean towels. He repeated it and then was ask for our used towels. We gave them to housekeeping. We had to then ask for towels that night bc he never came back with towels. The room was clean but the second round of towels were very dingy...

「Very clean, well designed, safe area, comfortable beds, helpful staff. The A/C was set at 68 but we needed it cooler to sleep really well and a lady was so kind, came and put in a code that let us put it down a few degrees so we were cold enough to sleep wonderfully!」

「A rough hotel. Didn’t have no where else to stay so had to stay here. Mold all across the showers. Sand paper blankets with peoples hair still stuck in it. Didn’t see bugs, but wouldn’t shock me if their was. Front desk as friendly. Wouldn’t be so bad if they just cleaned it a little better.」

「The bathroom floor in front of the toilet was NASTY! The group was stained and there was something stuck to the floor. Breakfast was a joke. The waffle mix was separated and the milk in the fridge looked spoiled. Someone in the second floor was smoking pot in their room and you could smell it as you walked by.」

「My dad and I stayed only one night, parking is plentiful, staff is helpful, room is super spacious and clean. The things that weren’t great were that there were no towels left for us, thankfully my dad had brought one from home. We were in a hurry so I didn’t bother calling the lobby, but towels are essential. Breakfast is a joke for a hotel of this big, their breakfast of open from 6:30am to 9:30am. 「This is a dated hotel and that’s understandable. The check in was great and the staff was nice and the morning breakfast employee was very nice and attentive to get fresh food out. But one of the morning staff members was rude and looked irritated when asked to fix a key card issue. The exercise room was pitiful and not very clean. Even though it was a Friday night the cost was very overpriced」
