「I book a pet friendly hotel. When I got to the hotel, the manager met me at the door yo explain not dogs were allowed. She was very aggressive. I explained that I had received 2 messages from the hotel and none stated dogs were not allowed. I read the rule that were sent which didn't say anything about pets. She started that this rule was across all IHG which is not correct. This pet is a small maltipoo and is my support animal. I am a navy veteran with SERVICE CONNECTED PTSD and I was turned...

「The room was comfortable, but the bathroom could use some updating and be cleaned more thoroughly. The A/C was ok as it kept turning on and off a lot and was noisy. The breakfast choices was wonderful. Fresh fruit, yogurts, danishes, bagels with cream cheese, chicken and biscuits sandwiches, OJ, coffee, milk, and cereal.」

「I honestly wouldn’t know because they couldn’t even find my reservation. Then when he did find my reservation, he told me he had no rooms that he would refund me the money. Instead of refunding me the money he ended up charging me again so after I got to where I was finally staying, I had to call them. It took me kind of getting rough for him to be able to refund both transactions.」

「The lobby looks newish, but everything else is very old. Things are peeling and cracked and missing knobs, attachments, shampoo bottles should’ve been attached to the wall, but it had fallen off and still hit the attachments on them and were in the tub. It was fine, but I’ll be trying somewhere else next time.」

「The bed and pillows were good, so I got a good night’s sleep. That was a plus. This is an old, run down motel that they are trying to keep going. It is just shabby looking. The room was shabby. 2 different remotes for the TV. One did some functions, the 2nd did others. No instructions. The toilet paper roll had 1/4” of paper on the roll, no spare. The continental breakfast was not worth fooling with. I stayed there because the location worked and it was relatively cheap.」

「Amazing hotel, the room was spotless and very spacious with fantastic views. On arrival and throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was really nice and great portions too. The casino is huge and worth a visit! The indoor and outdoor pool was clean and relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel!」
