Communication was great for checking in. The house wa clean and the the photos of the property and house were accurate. . The information provided from the host was very clear and thorough. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the indoor gas fireplace wasn't operable for us. To be fair, we didn't notice or notify guest services until the last evening of our stay when we went to use it. They couldn't do anything for us until the next day (our checkout morning). The main living room TV didn't work either - we had to unplug it to keep it from randomly, repeatedly turning itself on and off. There were 4 other working TVs. The problem didn't arise until our last day and couldn't be addressed until the morning of our checkout. Would 100% still recommend and would book this property again. It's a great property to gather as a group or just quietly relax - several areas to do so. It's a great location - pretty much in the middle between downtown Ellijay and downtown Blue Ridge. About 10 min in either direction.
