「We revisited this hotel as we had a comfortable stay in March and were warmly welcomed by all the staff then. This time was no different although the staff were busier but were just as helpful and its quieter position offroad is near a main bus route if you need it as we did. 「Lovely big bedroom with comfortable bed. Our hosts were friendly. A wide choice of breakfast items. The hotel is very conveniently situated for the seafront and South Lowestoft. Parking was easy and free on the street outside However the weather was poor so if more people were at the beach it might have been more difficult. The carpark is tight opposite though and only £4 for the whole day. Our one criticism would be - no shelf in the shower for toiletries. A very pleasant stay. 」

「Hotel is older style, with large room. I was particularly impressed with the modernisation of the ensuite and very modern techno shower. Good size enclosed walk in shower and decent water temperature. I dined as a party of 8 in the bar area, food was very good and decent choice on the menu.
