We had a wonderful stay. Close enough to Acadia and Bar Harbor but away from all the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the room, pool and the ability to have our own fire outside on the pool deck. We'd definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area!

This hotel is amazing and is more like an air b and b. We enjoyed our stay and would book here again! Close to everything, including only 15 miles from Acadia National Park. My children enjoyed the pool and having a kitchen saved us money on going out to eat! The property is beautiful. We can't recommend this property enough!

Great hotel. Very clean. We loved the spacious suite and the fog free bathroom mirror was great. I liked staying in Ellsworth. Not too far from the park and an easy drive. Hope to come back again.

You have to pay to use the laundry room with quarters there is a machine . Overall great clean room, with some kitchen supplies . We did have a draw broke in our room in the built in dresser . Nice staff!

This is the second year we've stayed at Stone Park. We love having the apartment feel of a hotel room, it makes it super homey. Plus, the property and rooms are gorgeous and central to shopping centers and restaurants.

This was a convenient location if you are looking for less expensive accommodations near Mt. Desert Island. We were able to get a fold away bed in addition to the pull out couch and queen bed which was great for our family of 5. Checking in was easy and the staff was helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. We set out around 8:30 in the morning and stopped for breakfast at their farm coffee shop along the way. We didn't hit any traffic on the way to Acadia. There was some traffic returning that evening.

This was a super convenient location to head to Acadia for hiking and sightseeing. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and professional. The suite had ample room for my husband, my son and myself. There was an in room fridge, stove and microwave - which all got used. Although there was no elevator, we were fortunately on the first floor and had easy access to the lobby. In the mornings, there was also lots of coffee, coffee cake (blueberry was the best) and water to fill up our bottles. We also used the game room which had table tennis and billiards - moreso than the pool. During the day the pool was likely great as it is outdoors. However it was too chilly to use for more than an hour in the evening. Overall we had a fabulous stay and would certainly visit again!

Staff were wonderful, especially Dede. Caden as well. Room was solid. While the kids took the master bedroom, the pullout couch was super comfortable, without that annoying ridge in the middle that some have. It also opened and closed very quickly and easily. The AC was excellent. Standouts were the pool and pool area, game room, just beautiful. Ping pong, foosball, and a pool table were very handy to have close by. Coffee, tea and filtered water were always available in the lobby which was very convenient. Would definitely go back!

Big shout out to the very helpful and approachable staff. First impressions matter, and the two staff who welcomed us at check in were lovely. The room was great - clean and spacious and just what we needed. Great location to everything and couldn’t recommend more. Didn’t have the opportunity to try out the pool but it looked very clean and would have been perfect if the weather had cooperated.

My family and I stayed here and it was very nice. Pastries and coffee in the lobby. Didn't get enough time to use the pool or fitness center but they looked great. Couple of issues. Took us a few minutes to find the linens to make the sofa bed and the mattress was dirty. It wasn't very comfortable. Netflix was logged in and under another language and I couldn't figure out how to change it. The door was a bit sticky to close and open. I would stay here again as a couple though.

Because of an Amtrak delay due to trees falling on tracks on July 9th, we did not get to Ellsworth for the night we booked our suite. I called that evening and informed Dede, a desk clerk. She later told me that she spoke with the manager but was not able to get me any refund. I paid $275 for nothing for that first night —we paid for 3 nights-but stayed only 2. The place was nice, but I would not return.
