「This house was perfect for my girls trip. Close to bar harbor and Acadia national park. The home was clean and full of everything we need for our stay. Highly recommend this house! When I return to Bar Harbor I will be staying here again! 」

「Upon checking in, my partner started to have a bad reaction to all of the fresh exposed wood in the house. Neither of us were aware she had this sensitivity. It did not affect me at all. Amanda came to the rescue and was able to transfer us to another property right on the ocean in the heart of Bar Harbor, essentially saving our vacation. I will just say that the new property was so nice, it was a step down when we finally returned home after the vacation. Amanda rocks!!!」

「This place is amazing!! The property sits on a quiet gravel road, and the views of the water are beautiful. We saw loons, ducks, turtles and otters from the deck!The house has everything you would need and the hosts went above and beyond by providing kayaks, canoes and paddleboards, along with firewood and bottled water! Communication was amazing and everything exceeded our expectations.Amazing location, property, cabin, and hosts! Highly recommend!!」

「We loved this property! The only downside was the bugs. We were so busy at the park in our two days there that we didn't really have much time to enjoy the outdoors at the property. But it was just as well since it was buggy.」

「Loved staying at the cottage during our trip to Acadia National Park! It was the perfect distance from the park where it was an easy drive but also far enough away from the super touristy areas that we were able to relax at night. Such a quiet, beautiful property that we'd love to stay at again!」

「Thoughtful, comfortable, cozy space for two; owned and run by the on-site homeowners who seem to truly care about their guests' experience; it's a really great spot and we would definitely book again if/when in the area. We were traveling for our anniversary and our hosts left us a really nice card and some chocolates and it was such a nice gesture and so appreciated! Many thanks for everything!」

「This cozy cabin is exactly as pictured and described. While we no longer have young children, it would be wonderful place to stay if you did. Additionally, it feels isolated in the woods, and yet you are only 10-15 minutes from Bar Harbor, carriage trails, and all the other attractions! We loved, loved, loved this cabin, and we hope to return next year despite the 18 hour drive to get to it! 」

「Everything was fine except we somehow got charged for 2 different cabins. Hopefully getting our money back since it was not our fault. 」

「The included breakfast was so good and highly recommended. There was an electrical outlet in the bathroom that didn’t work. Also, not sure if it was us, but we couldn’t get the door to lock. However, for the location, cleanliness. We would stay here again. I might recommend a bigger refrigerator since we did have leftovers and they didn’t always fit in the fridge. 」
