「Great place to stay!! We needed a room for one night before heading over to Beaver Island and Adoba saved the day. Brand new renovation and great housekeeping staff was so appreciated, all at a super reasonable price during peak season in one of Michigan's priciest resort towns. THANK YOU- we'll be back. Only 10-15 minute walk from downtown Charlevoix. *Note: No ice machine. Remote contactless entry, but staff does pick up the phone to assist.」

「Stayed a night at Charlesvoix House (Northside) on our way to a family funeral in Sault Ste Marie. This pretty town is walkable and worth a stopover. Writing this review to thank our host Terry. She reminded us of the treasures we had discovered at many bed and breakfasts in our travels in the 80s and 90s, before the days of airbnbs and sterile Wyndhams. 「What a perfectly quaint and serene B&B. Jean and Dave have truly created a masterpiece to clear the mind and enjoy a special getaway with your significant other. The grounds were a gardener’s paradise and our room was so cozy we felt like it was home. It was triangulated between Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Boyne City - perfect location. Do yourself a favor and stay here, you won’t regret it!」

「Note that the elevator entrance only goes to the "lower level" but room numbers in the 100's are on the floor below the lower level, accessible by stairs. Wasn't a problem for us but, anyone who has issues with stairs or mobility, you'd want to make sure your room isn't on that level. The perk for being in the 100's is you can walk out your patio door and the outdoor pool is right there. We did enjoy three nights there. 😊」
