"Second stay at this villa. It is perfect for our family vacation. We love the outdoor area with the balcony and pool. Good location with close access to the small lagoon Baia Azzurra that is lovely for snorkeling and swimming. You need to have car to get to local supermarkets and larger beaches. But with car it doesn’t take long to reach Sardinias beautiful beaches. Overall a great house and location."

"We spent three wonderful weeks in Rosalba's house. The house is really excellent. It is quite spacious and cozy. It has almost everything you might need, but even if you can't find something, just ask Rosabla. Bedrooms have wardrobes and mosquito nets. Everything (including bathrooms) is meticulously clean and neat. The absolute gem of the house is big sea-faced terrace with BBQ, dinner place and a few sofas. It is nice place to have breakfast or to spend evening with a bottle of wine. Thanks...

"Fantastic property - pool is great and bigger than it looks, house is clean and comfortable with all the bits you need. We sat outside eating each evening and it was wonderful. Host was helpful, flexible and not at all intrusive despite living downstairs. One thing is to watch out for the add-ons (for a week we had 150 cleaning fee, 120 bedding fee and 45 air con fee), which are all listed and above board but worth knowing to all you to budget. "

"This is a large house in a secluded area, 8 minutes drive from the beach and 20 mins into Cagliari city. There is ample room inside, in the conservatory and around the pool for 10 people. "when looking for the accomodation, it was difficult to understand if we were booking a room or an an appartment. we wanted 2 rooms for two people and we ended with booking 2 appartments!! that we were not able to cancel :-( secondly, the way to register is quite complex and even if you give your phone number on hotels.com, the host didn't receive it. I had some mails... in my spam box :-( :-( so the check in was quite complex. beside that everything was ok"
