“The property was well kept and in a central location, close to various restaurants and shops. The only con was there was a lot of construction right by the property and at times it was a bit noisy from the construction and street noises. I like that I get an apartment with all the kitchen amenities and it was very comfortable. ”

“You can sit on the patio off the 2nd floor of the property and watch the Riverwalk barges go by! Rooms were beautifully decorated and were exactly as presented in the advertisements. Our hostess, Angela, was wonderful! You actually get a person to talk to when you have questions! You won't be disappointed!”

“Look forward to renting in the future.we moved our son into his apartment in the Pearl area. Its a few blocks away but walkable. Lots of great local restaurants in walking distance to property. Property clean and well maintained. Includes all the comforts of home. Traveled with our dog, appreciated the privacy fence and small yard. If you have a full size truck you wont be able to park in garage. You will have to park it horizontal in front of garage. The mid size SUV fit in garage. ”
