「The host responded quickly to my requests. Apartment was clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking, utensils, spices, etc. He registered my car so I coiud park on the street without any problem. Close to the Blue Line stop to take the "L" into downtown Chicago.」

「Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of amenities. Steps and entry were a little awkward. Street parking only unless you paid extra for their garage which was a very tight fit for my sedan. Note older building so could hear neighbors but it wasn’t intrusive. Also note 3.6 miles to Wrigley was a 25 minute drive. Overall great place and would stay again.」

「Very dirty, old room. If it wasn’t that close to the airport and quiet I would have left. And even the low price was far too much for what it was.」

「Excellent marketing. You get EXACTLY what is described. Look closely at the photos and make sure that is what will make you comfortable. Location was excellent. The view from the rooftop was great for sunrises or sunsets (some functional furniture would be nice). We stayed there a full 7 days. It was a great place to crash for sleep after an exhausting long day at work. I would suggest taking an HDMI cable unless you are. comfortable entering your streaming passwords into someone else's TV...

「Unit was fine. The building smelled awful...lobby and foyer like 25 cans of febreeeze. choking sweet .」

「Room was nice and in a safe location.」

「Great communication from the property owner & great location for family to visit Chicago. 10-15 minute walk through a nice neighborhood to get to the train to take downtown. Plenty of restaurants, groceries, etc near to the building. Clean & good space for family of 5!」

「This is a great little garden unit studio. We had a bit of a longer stay but it was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend!」

「Such a cozy stay! Definitely recommend!」

「The rooms were spotless. The apartment was spacious. I enjoyed my stay. 」

「My wife and I stayed here when we came to town for a concert at the united center. We actually walked to the venue and it was about 45 mins, a lovely walk. It was a very convenient location, lovely apartment, and the host communicated very well. Check in and out was easy. Great neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Truly wonderful experience and amazing hosts that are responsive!」

「Our experience with this property was disappointing, not because of the home itself, but because of the host’s handling of an unexpected family medical emergency. We contacted the host just one day after the cancellation deadline to explain the situation and asked whether they could make an exception or offer any flexibility. The reservation had only been booked for a little over a week, but the request was declined with no accommodation. What concerned us most was that the host then attempted to...

「Can't recommend this property.」

「Sadly, I will not recommend this place for a 4-5 day stay. It seems to be an old motel that they are trying to keep open. We rented it because we were visiting family and wanted a place to have morning coffee before we left for the day. There wasn’t a thing in the kitchen area. Not a utensil, appliance, plate, glass or cup. No towels in the kitchen. The bathroom door handle came off almost every time we opened it. Enough said.」
