"Localización excelente y el Grand central station al lado del hotel. Cobraron $300 por el depósito y en espera que todo salga bien con la devolución del depósito. Lo recomiendo!!"

"Location, decor, lobby, rooftop, soundproofing, staff help - all were excellent. Hot water takes along time but just be patient. Limited counter space in bathroom. I stayed in a superior King room which had ample space for two people and luggage. No coffeemaker in room or complimentary coffee in lobby but two coffee shops right next to entrance. Hotel does have an electric hot water maker if you ask. Overall an excellent place to stay for feeling safe ( Staff were very attentive and helpful) in the Central Park/ Lincoln Center area. Discounted parking offered by Hotel just a couple blocks away. Would definitely stay there again."

"Good, convenient place to stay right off Times Square. My room barely had any natural light and two small windows, so it was constantly very dark but that wasn’t an issue for me. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean overall. The elevators were also a bit small and slow, but only had to wait a bit at check out time (when the elevators were very busy). Would definitely stay again!"

"Location was okay. Staff was very helpful & nice. Our room was not the cleanest, but we managed. TV did not work in our room, but we were only there at the end of the day to relax and sleep. No mini fridge or microwave, so make sure you plan accordingly. Make sure you check out the little French restaurant downstairs. It was great!"

"Outdated property. Room wasn’t dirty, but it also didn’t feel like a healthy room either. Fridge was not plugged in and was damaged. We didn’t attempt to plug it in as it felt suspect at best. Toilet seat was not secure making it odd to use it. Chairs were stained - looked like they attempted to clean, but who knows what was there before. The location in Times Square is wonderful and the price point for that location is the ONLY reason we’d consider staying here again. Are we completely unhappy with our stay? No. But we will definitely look at other option next visit to NYC."
