“het appartement was heel vuil en slecht.Gelukkig heb ik de dienstverlening kunnen bellen en hebben ze me direct verplaatst naar een ander appartemen die veel beter was.Het enige daar was dat de vloer wat plakkerig was en dat de toestellen in de keuken lang niet gebruikt zijn geweest waardoor ik alles eens goed afgewassen heb inclusief de vloer.Ook wat weinig materiaal in de keuken om mee te werken.Voor rest was het gezellig vertoeven in een rustige buurt.”

“Clean place, worth the , and easy communication!”

“Nice, quiet location. Good communication from host”

“Air conditioning worked well on a hot day.”

“Place was perfect for what we needed for our short stay. I appreciated the hosts quick response to questions I had, even prior to booking. Our stay was great.”

“Great apartment for the money……!a little drive from Peoria but you have everything you need in this area. ”

“Nice place”

“Matthew is a great host! The place was clean, comfortable and very affordable. Prior to our arrival, the shower had was broken and Matthew notified us immediately and scheduled a replacement upon our arrival. I definitely will be returning! Thanks Matt”

“Coffee machine ready first thing in the morning woke me up just right! Very useful setup overall for short stays like mine!”

“The television functioned well with a clear picture throughout the evening.”

“The apartment itself was nice, however the building had a musty smell, the neighbors were loud and talked until late in the night. I believe the bedroom shared a wall with the adjoining unit due to how loud they sounded. The location of the listing is not a place where I would venture out at night”

“Matthew was great host, very accommodating. We’ll return if available, as needed.”

“This place was perfect for an individual or couple looking for a peaceful, inexpensive getaway. Matt, the manager, was wonderful: check-in was very simple, he always responded quickly, and took care of what was needed. The place was perfect: super soft sheets and comforter, plenty of coffee, a balcony to sit out on in nice weather, a little kitchen to cook in, and complimentary laundry room and laundry soap.I would definitely recommend this place.”

“Walking around town was simple from here. Parking was easy too, no hassle at all.”

“I stayed a full week for work training. I felt at home. Bed is comfy. Shower head has multiple settings. Enjoyed watching my shows on the smart TV. Kitchen had everything I needed. Towels were big and fluffy. Balcony was big. I felt safe because both doors to building have key pads to enter code, as does the actual apartment. Air conditioning worked very well. I was comfortable and happy with the property for a whole week. This unit is 3rd floor, no elevator. It worked fine for me. I always feel……

“Not fancy but reliable choice compared to others around town offering good comfort and convenience.”
