“Let me start by saying that this property has plenty of space. My 17 year old and I stayed on the main floor and had plenty of space. We’ve been looking at universities and I was thinking we’d like to relax with more space and get some laundry done by this point in our travels. Granted, we got there just after sunset but I wasn’t doing laundry in that basement with side rooms and light fixtures with no bulbs. The top floor consisted of a couple of bedrooms, a game room with a foosball table,……

“Great apartment for the money……!a little drive from Peoria but you have everything you need in this area. ”

“Not like the pictures and smelled weird inside. Expected half a roll of toilet paper to last 6 people 4 days. The upstairs was hot and we couldn’t get it to cool down. Not a great spot if you are looking to enjoy your time inside the house. ”

“Future guests should take note that this unit is attached to other units so if they are rented you may hear or smell the interactions of the guests. The unit has a great set up with desks and large kitchen and bathroom. Communication w the manager was very good. Vrbo would be nice if a few dishwasher pods, hair dryer were included ”

“The owners spent a ton of money remodeling the place and did a good job. We rented it for the holidays but the day before the cleaners noticed a problem and the owners had to call us to cancel our reservation. At first that sounds horrible, but it was not due to their neglect and had they allowed us to stay the result would have been less then great. I am thankful they sacrificed their income to make sure we did not experience a bad rental.”

“The property is beautiful! My kids loved kayaking every day and used the amazing rope swing several times a day. Very close to the Oak Run beach. The cabin was very clean and nicely appointed, and the beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable. We will definitely be back.”
