I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel.But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel.We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel.The driver told me the reservation has been canceled.He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel.And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in...

「The location of the hotel is excellent, near public transport, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, supermarket. The rooms are big with air condition and mini fridge, smart TV, WiFi. The hotel isn't new but it was confortable, good value for the money. First couple of nights was very quiet but the third night I had very strange sound coming from the roof (it might was the pipes), haha I couldn't sleep but it happened just onece and the staff said it will ask technical person to check it....
