「櫃台服務人員非常親切友善，還包括早餐及簡單的當地晚餐，菜色很少，東方人會吃不習慣，但隔壁有一間SubWay, 可以自由選擇在旅館吃或吃速食，由此門前就是一座橋，兵靠ㄧ條重要道路，外面很吵，車輛往來密集，但房間隔音效果極佳，並不會受到影響的！床很好睡！其他就是旅館的計程車到機場比較貴，有30%左右的價差，在波哥大住過很多不同地點的旅館，但我下次還是會選擇住在這家旅館！極棒的！小而美！」
