“No regular house keeping but can book via whatsapp or call, house keeping is very thorough, and refilled all of the essentials. Reception replies very quickly through whatsapp and is very helpful. Air con is really strong, kitchen facilities are excellent but quite old esp the exhaust fan. A lot kitchen utensils available. Quite……

“The staff did all they could, but when there simply isnt enough staff, not much they can do about it. It took a fairly long time to queue for check in, we had dinner in 1 restaurant, needed to wait for quite a bit simply for a staff to be free to show us the table, orders and pay the bills etc. This is probably management problem rather than individuals...”

“Not impressed with this very over priced hotel. The room was tiny, barely enough space to open up my suitcase. The light wall socket was loose exposing live wires. The shampoo I’m convinced had been watered down. Not worth the money.”

“Worst airport hotel ever at that price range. Alsmost no amenities, one small pillow, towel, and small blanket for 2 persons stay. I had to go down to the reception to make a complain and after speaking to the expressionless front desk staff, I was given one item of each to bring back to the room by myself. The floor, was not properly cleaned”
