“This place was not what we expected. It was quite expensive, the beds were uncomfortable and there was a strange smell (like bleach) the whole time. It did not feel very clean on arrival. The location is good but I cannot recommend this place to others.”

“Lovely and very clean renovated room. Very comfortable bed and kettle with tea and coffee was very appreciated. Plenty wardrobe space and great shower. Good blackout curtains but can get noisy with street noise so make sure the windows are closed properly. Sweets, chocolates and nuts and bottles of water were left in the room for us and is a thoughtful touch.
The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast average but plentiful. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We stayed at the hotel for three nights from and booked a total of seven rooms. But what happened was a big surprise. On the first day of check-in, when I arrived at the hotel, no bellboy came to carry the luggage, and the doorman did not take the initiative to open the door. When we asked for a king room to be replaced with a double room, the front desk ignored us. When we ask what facilities the hotel has? The front desk replies back to the room to check for yourself.……

“no shower gel from the first day we checked in. we had to call the reception, but they did not have the bottles refilled. And then we had to call the reception again, and they sent someone to give us some small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The following day still no one had the shower gels bottle refilled. We had to call the reception again and then they had someone sent us a big bottle of shower gel. until the day we checked out, the original bottles of shower gel in the room were still……
