Point Emerald Villas A-301 is a Third Floor Oceanfront 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Condo in the Point Emerald Villas Gated, Private Oceanfront Condominium Complex tucked into the sought-after secluded western end of the island locally referred to as The Point. This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing, or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only minutes from shopping and restaurants, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all!

Enjoy views from the Covered Deck with Furniture located off the Living Area. Color Cable TV and DVD Player in the Living Area. Central HVAC; In-Unit Washer/Dryer. Dining Area. Kitchen has Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Garbage Disposal, Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Shared Half Bath.

Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, TV, Private Full Bath, and Covered Balcony. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, TV, and access to the Shared Hall Full Bath. Bedroom #3 has Twin/Double Bunk Set, TV, and access to the Shared Hall Full Bath.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

It was very clean, comfortable and convenient to be close to the beach. We thought the building had an elevator, but we never found it. So we had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs.
