"The room was much warmer than I expected, with no way to adjust the cooling except opening the window — no good with the wind and rain."

Very warm room with no ventilation and noisy as the internal doors kept banging and the station announcements as the hotel is above the central station. Room very small (difficult to accommodate two small suitcases and two humans, with limited access to the other side of the bed) and overly complicated shower that seemed to only work on one setting. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent location. "

"The hotel was clean, spacious and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice, the room was lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. The spa was really good however, as a guest I think access should be free. We were surprised we had to pay an entrance fee, and only allowed two hours to visit. "
