Awesome property
Beautiful home on 50 acres. Enjoyed our stay. Good well water. Would have been perfect, if the jetted tub held water. And noise from the highway, 80, is heard day and night. ( did not keep us awake) Enjoyed walking the paths. Lots of birds. Porches were nice to sit outside. We had rain off and on. Enjoyed the fire pit, when we were able. Played games. Fun mini vacation.

Cute but could use new beds
Overall, things were very nice. A couple of things that would make things better: the beds are past their useable life. Everyone struggled to get comfortable and when they did, woke up with back pain. The rugs slid very easily, should have backings to keep them from sliding.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the lodge. Our children had a blast running around the beautiful property and playing in the game room, and the adults were able to relax and enjoy our time together. We loved the house and the property.

Great pre-holiday getaway
During our 4-night stay, we were able to both host family members who live in the area and enjoy quiet time with just the 4 of us. We got snow on the 1st day, which the grandkids loved. The hosts were flexible and accommodating, even with a late schedule change requested by us. We look forward to returning.

Weekend with longtime lady friends
We had six ladies stay for a three night weekend and had a wonderful time. Campfire on two nights, played cards and games. The house set up was perfect with a large table and a small table for puzzles with plenty of light. Kitchen is well stocked with everything necessary for cooking. Only downside was no tv capability to watch Sunday football games. The tv only has dvd capability. All in all it is a great place for a getaway and we hope to return next year.

Gorgeous cabin on a breathtaking property

What a great vacation! I have never seen a more beautiful house in my life .The property was wonderful outdoor deck and firepit .Cooks forest is 40 minutes away .Also Allegheny river grille 10 minutes away .Both worth checking out.

Great family getaway
Beautiful, fun log cabin. Everyday was an adventure. Kids and adults were entertained with the air hockey, basketball, chess, as well as exploring the outdoors, hiking through the woods, riding bicycles and can't forget s'mores at the evening fire pit. Thanks for a memorable, family vaction.

Great Space for A Family Gathering
In spite of the rain all weekend, we all had a great time; thanks to the basketball hoop, table tennis, air hockey, and ping pong! The open space kitchen, dining and living room made for a great gathering area.

We stayed over the weekend. We wanted a place where close family and a couple of friends could celebrate my son's birthday. He is 23 but has Down Syndrome so he loves getting together with his siblings. We've rented tons of houses from VRBO over the years. We have always been pleased, but there have only been two that have actually gone above and beyond what they needed to do. One was in Utah and the other was this one. The kitchen was stocked well, there were extra toilet paper, garbage bags for the bathroom, extra paper towels, lots of towels and sheets, mattresses, and more. The house "felt" clean and was bigger than it looked in the pictures. The open space was perfect for socializing with everyone. The little kids cried when they had to leave on Saturday and my daughter hung out until 4 because she liked it so much. Saturday I kicked everyone out because Saturday night was a getaway with my bunco friends. They loved it just as much as my family. My son wants to rent it again next year and celebrate his birthday there. Thank you Joseph for sharing your beautiful cabin so we could make so many memories.

We absolutely love this property! It is so clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. All of the furnishings are very comfortable. Wonderful family vacation
Our group of 11 had a wonderful time at the lodge! The house and property are beautiful and well maintained. The lodge had everything that we could need and then some (games, balls, rain coats, toiletries, bug spray, axe, fully stocked kitchen, etc). The location is great as you feel completely secluded but in reality you are a few minutes from a grocery store. Joseph was very responsive and overall a great host. Although everyone had an amazing time, the teenager in the group kept saying how this was our best family vacation yet, which says a lot. We would recommend the lodge to everyone.

We rented the lodge for a weekend to spend time with family and friends. The lodge is beautiful, comfortable, and spotless! We enjoyed walking around the property and down the road to the Hardwood Mall. The open area of the house made it perfect for us to cook meals and visit with each other. Alpha Xi Delta Clarion Alumni loved it
A group of women from all over the country who all were Clarion alumni back in the late 1970s (you can do the math) had the pleasure of staying at PineRidge Lodge this year. I doubt it will be the last time! The lodge is beautiful, as one woman said "even better than the pictures showed". The house is equipped with everything needed. Working with Joseph has been a pleasure - quick and thorough answers to every question. It had been quite rainy before our visit, we think this maybe part of the cause, which made the driveway a bit harder to navigate. That was the only not glowing comment from our party. It is a wonderful treasure to have found.

We stayed in this beautiful lodge on our wedding weekend in near by Cook Forest. The lodge is beautiful and the pictures don’t even do it justice. Lots of space, it was loved by young and old alike. We will definitely be back!

The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. House was well furnished with every supply we could need. We saw deer on property every evening. House was convenient to many sites we wanted to visit, i.e. Allegheny River Trail, Drake Well Museum and Park, Cook Forest State Park, Oil Creek State Park, Allegheny Grille in Foxburg.
