"The location and off street parking are optimal. Who doesn't like to see Abraham Lincoln from their bed or hear church bells chime! Loved some of the historic features! The stairs up the apartment are a cool curve but a lot. A few little things...towel hook near the shower, hook for hand towel, WD-40 the squeaky door, more comfortable seating...would go a long way. Overall we enjoyed ourselves but really weren't in the apartment much over the weekend. Would highly recommend to others!!"

"Everything was as described in the listing. Very comfortable and well purposed. Great property for a couple that just needs a place to rest and not doing any heavy cooking! We were occupied all day long for three days with our family so this was a great location to return to in the evening, relax and watch a movie, shower and go to bed! "This apartment is so pretty. It was very comfortable. There were snacks from local companies, Utz chips and Hershey chocolate which was very thoughtful. There was coffee pods, oil and spices, some drinks in the fridge. In the bathroom were some toiletries and body wash/shampoo were provided. "We loved our stay at the Key City Retreat! Everything was so easy and comfortable! Tara was such a great host! She even brought us a new pack n play and iron for our trip! We highly recommend staying here!"

"We rented this place for a small family gathering and extra places for family to stay. The owner was not hard to reach and the place was decently priced for what we needed. It has two bedroom and is in the better part of Hagerstown. The only thing I didn’t really like was the street parking but that is more of a personal pet peeve than anything else. For the price and being in one of the safer places in town I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay."

It was very clean and had everything you need if you will be there for a while (small everything included kitchen, big bed, wifi, closet and drawers), plus the owner had so many little extra amenities in case you forgot something. "We found the apartment to be clean and comfortable. It has a nice soaking tub. The only reason we would probably not rent again is because of the cooking pots and pans. They should of been thrown away a long time ago. If you don't plan on cooking any meals including breakfast it would great place to stay."

"Everything was convenient and clean. The shower was a challeng since the area was quite compact but everything else worked out very well for us. Our contact was very helpful as the directions that were qiven to us on the app were on the opposite end of our street and the Canal was interesting to navigate to the address needed but Laura was so helpful and patient with us and made sure that we located it and were safe."

"Lovely well kept property. It has everything you need. Comfortable beds and convenient location. The only drawback is the front bedroom has LOTS of street noise. I used a fan for white noise and earplugs. It’s on a busy street. Fire Station is nearby too. Great park for kids across the street. Close to a few great restaurants within walking distance."
