「Spacious. Ideal location. Quiet. Perfect AC. Could not figure out how to work the tv. Luckily all the appliance manuals are in the baskets on the book case. Could have done with more basic cleaning supplies (dish and dishwasher soap). Minor maintenance issues but they made the bathroom feel dirty. Mold. Broken faucet handle. Hanging loose shower door seal. But overall. Loved the place. As an American i appreciated the screen on the kitchen window to air out cooking smells without letting...

「One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, and I said this even with my wife’s high standard. The service and cleanliness were impeccable. There isn’t a car park but the hotel concierge was willing to help us carry our luggage from nearby carpark. We liked even the vintage elevator that came with the hotel. 」

「Check in was easy even without reception there. Instructions were very clear. Room was very clean, bed was comfy. Noise wasn’t too bad, but could get noisy depending on events outside in the Piazza Castello. We were in room 1 which faces the street. Other rooms are likely quieter. 」

「チェックインした日に冷蔵庫が作動していなかったけれど、フロントに言ったら翌日帰宅した時までに直してくれていた。電子レンジが厨房にあるらしく、自由に使えなかったが、フロントの人に頼むとパックご飯を温めてもらえた。お湯も同様に、フロントに頼むと紙コップに入れたお湯をもらえる。 繁華街のすぐ近くなのに、路地を入ると静かなので、落ち着いた立地だった。地下鉄の駅も近くとても便利だった。屋上テラスが気持ちがよく、ドゥオーモの夜景が綺麗に見える。」
