「I stayed one night after my husband had surgery at Albany Medical Center. The hotel is very convenient and I was just expecting a place to shower and sleep after a very long day. However it was way more than that. I was a distracted mess by the time I checked in and Denzel at the front desk was kind and patient. I had dinner in the restaurant in the hotel. Everything was clean and I appreciated the refrigerator in my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. 」

「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. Other than that, everything else was great! The service team is very professional and helpful, would absolutely stay there again. 」
