“My room was an updated room but once again there was things missing and won’t properly cleaned. My shower had someone’s hair in it. My hair is curly and it was long straight hair in the shower. Barely had any towels but I always travel with my own. The staff was friendly. There’s some things that need to be fixed and they need better housekeeping.”

“AC did not work..........temp rose to 79 degrees, room had a TERRIBLE musty smell, no extra linens provided, so blanket given to us by front desk (for pull out sofa) had a large hole in it.”

“The bedding and flooring appeared to have been updated but the trim and fixtures appeared older and chipped. The bathroom was clean and no bugs, but there was a smoky odor and the floor in the room needed mopping. A basic grab and go breakfast was provided. Not many restaurants nearby, mostly fast food.”

“I booked this home at the last minute for my son and his family who traveled from Texas to attend a 50th anniversary celebration. I had booked another home and the door code didn’t work and we were never able to get access. I had to contact VRBO, who advised me to rent another property or hotel and my original booking would be refunded. When I contacted the host of this property she was so accommodating. She went by the property to make sure everything was ready. It’s a beautiful home in a nice……

“Very clean , worker are very nice and friendly , It was so noisy above my room , we found out two young kids jumping around the room with toy guns , it was 11 pm , luckily we were moved from 1st floor to 3rd floor , able to sleep finally.”

“This "hotel" is not appropriate for people. Roaches inside the fridge and microwave, clogged bathroom sink, and the smell is terrible. "Manager" changed us 3 times, all the same filth.”

“Reception was not staffed, building is in disrepair, airconditioning did not work. Room smelled of insect repellant and outside smelled of natural gas. Much trash in parking lot and on walkways. I wondered about bedbugs BUT bed linens seemed clean.”
