Heart of Emsworth

Frankland House is situated right in the heart of Emsworth village. Walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants and the waterside. It has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms upstairs and a lounge, dining, kitchen & wc downstairs, with a small outdoor terrace and a free parking space. Reasonably appointed, and easy to live in... I loved my long-term residence there. Some parts are a bit tired - the dg windows have serious condensation issues, and the kitchen lacks a microwave. However, as a short-term holiday home, it's great value. John is local, and very friendly and responsive to issues. Thoroughly recommend it.
